Disney Treasure The Disney Treasure, the newest ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet expansion, set sail in December 2024, embarking on its inaugural season of seven-night itineraries to the Eastern and Western Caribbean from Port Canaveral, Florida. Disney Treasure The Disney Treasure, themed to adventure and inspired by Walt Disney’s love of exploration, will immerse families in captivating stories from beloved Disney, Marvel, Pixar, Star Wars and – for the first time onboard Disney Cruise Line – Disney Parks adventures. Spaces on board the Disney Treasure will invite guests to venture to the imaginary town square of Santa Cecilia in the world’s first theatrical dining experience themed to the Disney and Pixar film, “Coco;” indulge in themed cocktails at venues inspired by the iconic Disney Parks attractions, the Haunted Mansion, Jungle Cruise and “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea;” hop into a sweet shop reminiscent of Disney’s “Zootopia;” and embark on a tale across land and sea during the Broadway-style production, “Disney The Tale of Moana.” (Disney)
Disney Treasure Stern Characters The stern of each Disney Cruise Line ship is adorned with a sculpture of a beloved character. This signature tradition will continue onboard the Disney Treasure, which will feature Peter Pan and Captain Hook in honor the ship’s motif of adventure. Sporting a mischievous smile, Peter Pan will harness the power of Tinker Bell’s pixie dust to decorate the stern. Meanwhile, Captain Hook, who is covered in yellow paint, leans out of a nearby porthole towards his longtime rival. (Disney)
Disney Treasure Disney Cruise Line’s new ship, the Disney Treasure, docked in its home port of Port Canaveral this morning for the very first time. Following its initial visit to Florida, the Disney Treasure will sail to New York City for a special christening celebration on the evening of November 19, which will be streamed live on the Disney Parks Blog.
