PHOTOS: Pumpkin Spice Festival, pumpkins of famous faces, places fill Wild Adventures in Valdosta

Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures Wild Adventures Theme Park is hosting its fifth annual Great Pumpkin LumiNights, now through Oct. 26. The event features
glowing pumpkin sculptures, new entertainment and the return of the Pumpkin Spice Festival.
Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures Guests will also have access to the park’s rides and attractions during the day and into the night
throughout the celebration.
Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures “Great Pumpkin LumiNights has become an annual fall tradition for families in the region,” said
Asher Raymond, public relations specialist. “The park transforms into a land of glowing jack-o’-
lanterns and towering pumpkin sculptures, with hundreds of pumpkins to see. It is quite the
spectacle and unlike anything else in the area.”
Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures Light displays can be found throughout the park, including the new Foggy Forest, the Twilight
Tunnel and the new Glow Grove. The LumiNight Legends Pumpkin Gallery, introduced in 2023,
has expanded to include more than 175 intricately carved pumpkins of famous faces and places
from Georgia and Florida. The carvings are created by master carver Jim Morey, who will
present live demonstrations Oct. 3-5 and Oct. 10-11.
Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures Entertainment includes hula-hoop artist Lianna Ashton, comedy juggler Just Larry, the Pumpkin
Pop n’ Lock Dance Duo and Mayor Gourdan’s Festival Show, which features contests such as
Pumpkin Bobbing and the Pumpkin Spice Game Show for kids to enjoy. Each evening concludes
with the Light Up the Night Dance Party, where families can enjoy music and meet Great
Pumpkin LumiNights characters.
Great Pumpkin LumiNights at Wild Adventures The Pumpkin Spice Festival also returns as the country’s largest celebration of the classic fall
flavor, offering nearly 30 limited-time items such as Pumpkin Spice Fried Oreos, Pumpkin Spice
BBQ Ribs and Candy Corn Fanta Punch. Guests can purchase the Pumpkin Spice Passport Bundle
for $59, which includes single-day admission, unlimited soda and five food festival items.
