Friday is the biggest back to school day as 27 school districts in the Channel 2 viewing area return to the classroom.
It’s the first day of school for Banks, Barrow, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Coweta, Dawson, Floyd, Gilmer, Greene, Hall, Lumpkin, Morgan, Oglethorpe, Paulding, Pickens, Putnam, Troup, Upson, Walton and White county school districts.
Students will also head back in Bremen, Buford, Commerce, Jefferson, Marietta and Rome city school districts.
