ATLANTA — Today will be the warmest day of the year so far, as temperatures climb into the mid-70s across north Georgia.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said that temperatures will feel more like mid-April rather than early February today.
We can expect more clouds and slightly cooler temperatures tomorrow as a warm front moves through.
That will bring a chance of isolated showers, especially for areas north of Interstate 20.
The chance for some isolated showers remains in the forecast through the end of the week and into the start of the weekend.
It will stay very warm with highs in the mid to upper 70s by Saturday.
There’s a better chance for more widespread rain by Sunday.
