Atlanta police are on the scene of a deadly shooting investigation. Police say the victim died during an argument over a barbecue grill.

The shooting happened just before 9 a.m. at 2500 Center Street in northwest Atlanta.
Police said officers arrived and found a 22-year-old woman in a car with a gunshot wound to the head. She died at Grady Memorial Hospital.
Channel 2’s Tom Regan spoke to neighbors on Wednesday who said they heard four or five shots and called 911.
“We’re out here in real life when this is going on. This is not normal living conditions,” Shandelle Davila said.

The bullets shattered the rear window of the car. Police say the victim was trying to get away from danger.
“I don’t understand how anyone could be made over that,” another neighbor said.
Atlanta Homicide Unit Lt. Christopher Butler said the victim and suspect knew each other. Police have not released the victim’s name or identified the suspect.
