CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga — Clayton County police say a 17-year-old was shot in the head Saturday evening at a home on Villa Way, just outside of the city of Jonesboro.
Police tell Channel 2’s Cory James the shooting happened around 8 p.m. and that the injured teen was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital.

Investigators say that they are questioning two people they believe might be connected to the incident, but did not say if they were being taken into custody.
The victim, whose identity has not been released, remains in critical condition.
