EAST POINT, Ga. — The East Point Police Department say they have arrested the man who has been committing lewd acts and burglaries in the Heritage Park community.
On Friday evening, the department say they were “pleased to announce the arrest of Jacquez Antonio Walker, who was sought in connection with multiple serious charges including sexual assault, burglary, aggravated assault, kidnapping, home invasion, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.”
Last week, police released a sketch of the person they were looking for at the time who had a history of committing acts during midnight and 5 a.m. while neighbors are sleeping.

Police are familiar with Walker after he was arrested in 2019 for committing similar acts in the same neighborhood.
“In 2019, we actually secured warrants for him and arrested him for burglary in the same Heritage Park subdivision,” said Sgt. JL Watkins with East Point Police.
With assistance from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Walker was “apprehended swiftly.”
