“It’s definitely like a war zone,” said Jennifer Harris, a neighbor whose home was struck by four bullets, one of which entered her bedroom.
Harris described finding a body lying in the grass near where the shots were fired, prompting her to seek police assistance.
Video also showed several figures walking down Howell Drive before the shots rang out.
The figures were seen running away as the gunfire continued, and neighbors reported that one of the men fleeing was killed.
Police are continuing their investigation into the shooting.
