Officials said that someone sent an envelope with a substance inside of it. Investigators later determined that it was an over-the-counter pill that someone had crushed up as a hoax.
US Marshals says the sender has done this multiple times before. They have not released the sender’s name.
Atlanta fire told Elliot that no one was hurt.
