ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. — The Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing disabled man.
Shaqul Rumeal Liburd, 35, was last seen on Saturday at 6:45 p.m. at 2411 Sherrie Lane SW in Conyers.
The sheriff’s office said Liburd suffers from a past traumatic brain injury and may be in psychosis.

He has a dent on the left side of his head from where he had surgery, scratches on his face, a medical scar on his right wrist, and a lion head tattoo on his right arm.
He stands about five feet, ten inches tall and weighs approximately 165 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans, a black jacket with brown sleeves, and black tennis shoes.
Deputies believe he is not in a vehicle.
