SOUTH FULTON, Ga. — A woman was arrested by South Fulton police on Saturday after they say she kidnapped her four children.
Police say Vanessa Carr was in Welcome Park at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday for a supervised visit with her four children.
The children were in the custody of the Georgia Department of Human Services Division of Family & Children Services.

Officers say she drove away with the children in an unknown car.
Officers later located Carr with the children at a Greyhound bus station in Atlanta.
Officials say an Amber Alert was not issued because they were still working to determine what car Carr was driving.
Carr is being charged with four counts of kidnapping. Additional charges may be added.
