Jake Paul buys historic $39 million Georgia ranch “I’ve been wanting to buy a ranch for the past 15 years,” Paul said on the Iced Coffee Hour podcast. "I think it’s just I love everything to do with it: hunting, jet skiing, ATVs, fishing, horses, cows, and all that stuff. It cost $39 million…It’s massive.
