GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Police say everybody is ok after a tree fell on two cars during thunderstorms in Gwinnett County Friday afternoon.
The tree fell on Jimmy Carter Boulevard at Atlantic Boulevard.
An officer told Channel 2’s Eryn Rogers that everyone walked away without a scratch and no ambulances were needed.
Rogers spoke to two people who work across the street.

They said that it is a miracle given the extent of the damage to the two cars.
“To imagine people walked out of there without a scratch, that is nobody but God,” said witness Stella Kathuri.
The tree fell on a Crossover SUV and a sedan. Both cars had extensive damage to their trunks and back seat areas.
A portion of Jimmy Carter was blocked off while crews cleared the road and towed the cars, but it has since reopened.
